How the Process Works
1. Join the Interest List
Schools begin by submitting a simple interest form. Once we connect, we’ll learn about your school, goals, branding, and preferred timeline.
2. Design & Creative Direction
We handle all design work — logos, product layouts, mockups, and marketing images. This includes unlimited design creation and unlimited revisions. We don’t stop until your school is completely satisfied with the final look. Every design is reviewed and approved by the school before moving forward.
3. Marketing Support & Order Access
Once designs are approved, we provide your school with a custom QR code that links directly to your school’s order page, and a professionally designed marketing flyer for parent and student distribution. The flyer is fully customized for your school, designed by us, reviewed and approved by the school and revised as many times as needed to be acceptable. This makes it easy for schools to promote pre-orders without creating materials in-house.
4. Pre-Order Launch
You choose the pre-order launch date and close date. Families place orders directly through your dedicated school storefront on our website. No paper order forms. No collecting money. No order tracking required by the school.
5. We Handle Everything
We manage the entire backend process, including:
- Order processing
- Payments
- Customer support
- Production coordination
- Order organization and sorting
Your staff does not need to chase orders, handle cash, or manage spreadsheets.
6. Delivery & Distribution
Once production is complete, all orders are delivered to your school, organized by Student name and Teacher. This allows for fast, stress-free distribution.
7. School Incentive
Your school receives a commission check based on total sales — turning spirit wear into a meaningful fundraiser with zero workload.
